Return Policy
We really hope that you love your Sal y Más items as much as we do.
If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:

We accept returns within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order

Goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging with the safety tag on and intact

Besided that we want to ask you to fit our swimwear over your underwear due to hygiene

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
To make it as easy as possible for you there’s a handy return sheet enclosed with your delivery. Make sure you complete the form correctly so we can process returns as efficiently as possible.

Cut the return form on the dotted line and place it inside your return bag. Add the other part of the paper with our adress on the package. Drop off your return at any post office near you. They will make a shipping label for you. Note: this label is not a pre-paid label, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your own account.

Please make sure you keep the proof of shipment so we can track and trace your package. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.
*In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48hours from the delivery by contacting our customer service via email: customerservice@salymas.com
