We work together with our partner Fietskoeries. This is the fastest and most sustainable parcel service. All packages are delivered by bicycle. We hope you understand that as a small start-up, we can’t cover shipping costs. They will be at your own expense. See prices to all countries and shipping days on this page.
How do I return?
Please ensure you have read through our returns policy online.
We accept returns within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order. To make it as easy as possible for you there’s a handy return sheet enclosed with your delivery. Make sure you complete the form correctly so we can process returns as efficiently as possible.
Follow the steps below to return your package:
- Place the item(s) you want to return in the box in which you received the items and close it tightly.
- Make sure you will complete the return form correctly.
- Cut the return form on the dotted line and place it inside your return bag.
- Add the other part of the paper with our address on the package.
- Drop off your return at any post office near you. They will make a shipping label for you. Note: This label is not a pre-paid label, which means these forwarding charges will be for your own account.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.
Order not yet delivered
On business days, packages will be delivered between 2-3 days in the Netherlands. It can still happen that it takes a little longer. We are completely dependent on our partner for this. If you still have not received the package after a week, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Problems with returns
Are there any problems with returning the product? Please feel free to contact email@example.com. We will find a solution together.
It’s not possible to exchange an item for another item, different size or color. Please return your item and place a new order.
If you have received the wrong size or color, you can return the item with the return form that you received with your order. Please tick on the return form that you have received the wrong size / color and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can reorder the article yourself in our webshop.
We naturally strive for the highest possible quality. If something is wrong with the product, please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours after receiving it. Please mention your order number in the mail.
