Shipping policy
We work together with our partner Fietskoeries. This is the fastest and most sustainable parcel service. All packages are delivered by bicycle. Do you live just outside the big cities and surrounding villages? Then we call in a car courier who is already driving. As a result, it costs no extra CO2 and we still choose the most sustainable option!
On business days, packages will be delivered between 2-3 business days in the Netherlands. It can still happen that it takes a little longer. We are completely dependent on our partner for this. If you still have not received the package after a week, please contact us at info@salymas.com
